Novak Djokovic's disqualification from the US Open has not affected his position at the top of the latest tennis world rankings published today by the ATP.

The Serb continues to lead the pack on 10,860 points with Spaniard Rafael Nadal, who did not compete in New York, second on 9,850.

Austria's Dominic Thiem remains third after his maiden grand slam victory at the US Open but on 9,125 points has closed to within touching distance of the leading pair.

Roberto Bautista Agut moving up to 10th in place of David Goffin is the only change in the top 10.
