The Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) is continuing its medicine delivery services for both Qatari and expatriate patients free-of-charge as part of the precautionary and preventive measures against the spread of the novel coronavirus (Covid-19) and to encourage patients to stay at home safe.
The patient can send a request for medicines through the WhatsApp number of his designated PHCC centre from Sunday to Thursday, from 8am to 2pm and 4pm to 10pm. The required medicines will be delivered within two working days through Qatar Post, PHCC explained Friday.

The prices of medicines for the non-exempted category can be paid through the ATM card upon delivery. Patients who regularly get refill of certain medicines can also benefit from the service.
Meanwhile, the PHCC has stressed that all the necessary standards and conditions to guarantee the safe delivery of the medicines are taken. The vehicles have chillers for the medicines and the delivery personnel are well-trained.
