HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz al-Thani met the Executive Director of the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee Michele Coninsx and her accompanying delegation on the occasion of their visit to Qatar.
During the meeting, aspects of co-operation between Qatar and the United Nations in the field of combating terrorism were reviewed.
The Executive Director of the UN Counter-Terrorism Committee praised in this regard Qatar's efforts and said that it is an active party in supporting global efforts to combat terrorism.
