Qatar Fuel (Woqod) opened Al Maamoura Petrol Station on Tuesday as part of its ongoing expansion plans to serve every area in Qatar, raising its network of petrol stations to 105.

Al Maamoura Petrol Station is spread over an area of 10,250sq m and has three lanes with nine dispensers for light vehicles, which will serve Al Maamoura area and its neighbourhood.

The petrol station offers round-the-clock services to residents, and includes Sidra convenience store, manual car wash, oil change, and tyre repair, in addition to sale of gasoline and diesel products for light vehicles.

Woqod managing director & CEO Saad Rashid al-Muhannadi said, “Woqod aspires to expand its petrol station network in the country to meet the rising demand for petroleum products and achieve the goal of providing customers with access to best-in-class products and services at their convenience and comfort.

“Woqod has recently accelerated the process for the construction of new petrol stations to meet the fuel needs of the country. Members of the Woqod team would like to extend their gratitude to all governmental and private entities that contributed to the completion of this project.”
