Weather inshore until 6pm on Tuesday will be partly cloudy to cloudy with chance of scattered rain maybe thundery at times with blowing dust at places, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of expected thundery rain at some places associated with strong wind.

Offshore, it will be cloudy with scattered rain maybe thundery at times, report added, warning of expected thunder rain associated with strong wind and high sea.

Wind inshore will be southeasterly to southwesterly 05 to 15 knot, reaching to 25 knot at some places with thundery rain, turns to northwesterly 16 to 25 knot after midday.

Offshore, it will be southeasterly 08 to 18 knot gusting to 28 knot with the thunder rain, becoming northwesterly 15 to 25 knot later.

Visibility will be 4 to 8/2 kilometer or less at some places at times.

Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rises to 5 feet with the thunder rain. Offshore, it will be 3 to 5 feet, rises to 4 to 7 feet, reaching 9 feet with the thunder rain.
