Qatar participated in the meeting of Nato countries with Operation Resolute Support Mission partner nations at the level of defence ministers in Brussels.
HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah headed Qatar's delegation to the meeting which dealt with supporting the peace process in Afghanistan.
Qatar's ambassador to Belgium and head of Qatar's Mission to the EU and Nato, Abdulrahman bin Mohamed al-Khulaifi, Qatar's Defence Attache in Belgium Brigadier Abdullhadi Mubarak al-Hajri, and several senior officers in the armed forces attended the meeting.
