LuLu Hypermarket will feature special promotions on American products, as well as new lines that support a healthier lifestyle and foster environmental sustainability.
The embassy will also have a booth at Qitcom next week to promote the Select USA Investment programme and share information with entrepreneurs on investing in the US as well as to highlighting the existing US-Qatar partnership on smart cities and technology.
For film movie-goers, the US embassy is partnering with the Doha Film Institute to present the “Cinema Under the Stars” series, every evening until October 26 at the Museum of Islamic Art Park. The free screenings will begin at 7pm.
The US embassy said in a statement that after more than 45 years of friendship and partnership, relations between the US and Qatar have never been stronger.

“Nearly 40,000 Qataris and residents of Qatar visit the US every year, 15,000 of them as students. More than 100 US-based companies are located in Qatar”.
