The 16th meeting of heads of GCC Audit and Accounting Bureaus started yesterday in the Omani Capital, Muscat.
President of the State Audit Bureau HE Sheikh Bandar bin Mohamed bin Saud al-Thani is heading Qatar’s delegation to the meeting.
The participants in the meeting are set to discuss a host of key topics, including the follow-up report of the 15th meeting of the heads of GCC audit and accounting bureaus, the 20th meeting of  the undersecretaries and the general framework for organising seminars and conferences, as well as a framework for the development of specific criteria for organising workshops and programmes to publicise decisions of joint action. The meeting will also review the training plan for the year 2020, as well as the comprehensive joint supervision. – QNA
