Wind inshore will be northwesterly to northeasterly 6 to 18 knot, reaching 22 knot at places by afternoon.
Offshore, it will be northwesterly 10 to 20 knot, gusting to 23 knot at times.
Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers.
Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet, rising to 5 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 3 to 6 feet, rising to 7 feet at times.
