Qatar and Mozambique have signed the final agreement for comprehensive air transport which allows the national carrier to operate any number of flights between the two countries.
The agreement was signed by Qatar's Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Chairman Abdulla bin Nasser Turki al-Subaey and Vice-Minister of Transport and Communications of Mozambique Manuela Joaquim.
Under the agreement, first initialed between both countries in 2012, Qatar Airways operates three weekly passenger flights to Maputo, Mozambique.
The number of air transport agreements signed by Qatar with different countries has currently reached 167.
