Weather inshore tonight until 6 am on Friday will be blowing dust to dusty at places, the Department of Meteorology said in its daily weather report, warning of strong wind and poor visibility at most places. 

Offshore, it will be slightly dusty to dusty at first, the report added, warning of strong wind, high sea and poor visibility at some places. 

Wind inshore will be northwesterly at a speed of 12 to 22 knots, gusting 35 knots at some places.

Offshore, it will be northwesterly at a speed of 18 to 24 knots gusting to 28 knots at some places at times.

Visibility will be 4 to 8 kilometers or 2 kilometers or less at places at times. 

Sea state inshore will be 2 to 4 feet surging to 5 feet at times. Offshore, it will be 5 to 8 feet surging 9 feet at some places at first.
