HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Dr Khalid bin Mohamed al-Attiyah on Thursday visited the National Centre for Security and Crises Management in Jordan, during his official visit to the country.

The visit aims to identify the Jordanian experience in crisis management and exchange expertise in this field between the two countries.

HE al-Attiyah was briefed on the role of the centre in managing crises, its vision and the strategic plans.

He was accompanied during the visit by the head of the authority of colleges and institutes, Major General Hamad bin Ahmed al-Nuaimi, Commander of the Joint Special Forces Major General Hamad bin Abdullah al-Fetais al-Marri, Charge d'Affaires in the embassy of Qatar to Jordan, Abdulaziz Mohamed al-Sada, Military Attache of Qatar to Jordan, Brigadier General Shafi Mohamed al-Shafi and a number of senior officers at the Qatar Armed Forces.
