Vodafone Qatar, for the second year in a row, is backing the popular coffee festival – Kaffeinated – as the event’s official strategic telecommunications partner.
This comes as part of its commitment to support local businesses in the country, the company has said in a statement.
In addition to several on-the-ground activations, Vodafone is giving thousands of the festival’s visitors a feel for the power of superfast 5G connectivity and download speeds, by allowing them to connect to Vodafone’s 5G powered Wi-Fi network delivered through a 5G router.
Just last month, Vodafone deployed its 5G network at Katara – the Cultural Village, where Kaffeinated is taking place.
Kaffeinated 3.0 has its doors open to the public until January 13 from 12noon until midnight. More than 60 local cafes, most of which are startups, are featured at the festival along with competitions and specialty coffee classes.
