Amir congratulates Uruguay president

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani, His Highness the Deputy Amir Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad al-Thani and HE the Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani sent on Saturday cables of congratulations to Uruguay President Tabare Vazquez on his country's national day.
