The Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa)'s Customer Service Centre in the Industrial Area is being closed from April 19 onwards, it has been announced.

Customers, currently using the facility in the Industrial Area can now visit any of the other Kahramaa service centres in Msheireb, Al Khor, Salwa and the main branch in Al Hilal.
Kahramaa service centres receive customers between Sundays and Thursdays, from 7.30am to 2pm. Customers can also visit Kahramaa offices at in the government service complexes.
The corporation has asked customers to avail of the smart services available on its website and mobile application to complete their services and requested them to visit Kahramaa service centres only in case of an urgent requirement.
Registration via the Kahramaa website, km.qa, or mobile application allows customers to complete all services online. Kahramaa is providing services online for customers, contractors, consultants and companies. 
Kahramaa has also advised customers to update their personal information via the website, mobile application or call centre, 991, to ensure better communication with the corporation, avail of a range of services and receive its updates and SMSes for power outage, monthly electricity and water consumption rate and bills, and alerts in case of exceeding the regular consumption levels.
