Mall of Qatar's (MoQ) first-ever Spring/Summer Fashion Festival continued to attract a large crowd on the second day on Friday when international models displayed specially designed garments.
The event was an occasion to showcase the collections of the renowned fashion brand, Vero Moda. About 10 models showed off the collections.
Speaking to Gulf Times, MoQ's public relations and events manager, Patrick Hage-Chahine said, “It is the second day of the Spring-Summer fashion festival at Mall of Qatar and lot of people have come to watch the event. We have three shows daily and it is encouraging to see large number of people attending the event. The retailers in the mall as well as international designers are taking part in the programme.”
‘In addition to the fashion show, we have free make up tutorials and free professional pictures in all parts of the mall. It was started yesterday and it is a ten-day event that will last up to March 31. We also have seminars on makeup and photography during the programme. We do have so many other events too,” added Hage-Chahine.
