HE the Speaker of the Advisory Council Mohamed bin Mubarak al-Khulaifi met the outgoing
ambassador of Ecuador to Qatar Kabalan Abisaab in Doha yesterday. The Speaker of the Advisory Council wished the Ecuadorian ambassador success in his future assignments and the relations between the two countries further progress and prosperity. The meeting was attended by HE the Advisory Council’s Secretary-General Fahd bin Mubarak al-Khayareen. Separately, HE the Secretary General of the Foreign Ministry Dr Ahmed bin Hassan al-Hammadi held a meeting with the
outgoing ambassador of Ecuador to Qatar Kabalan Abisaab in Doha yesterday. The secretary
general of the foreign ministry thanked the ambassador of Ecuador for his efforts to enhance
bilateral relations, and wished him success in his new assignments.
