The Primary Health Care Corporation ( PHCC) has confirmed that it continues to provide all the health services for both citizens and expatriates of all nationalities and there are no changes following the economic blockade imposed by some neighbouring countries.
PHCC confirmed that there are no shortages of medical supplies, rejecting the notion that the current political climate will have an impact on the health services of Qatar. Delivery and access to medical supplies and medicine continues as usual.
In a statement, Dr Mariam Ali Abdulmalik, managing director of PHCC said, “In line with the vision of our wise leadership, PHCC is committed to providing excellent primary health care services to all of our communities, regardless of nationalities. We will continue to perform our moral and humanitarian obligation to provide health care to all the residents of Qatar should they require.”
