QIB has launched a new salary transfer promotional campaign – “Bonus for 15 Years”– offering customers the chance to win one extra salary every year for the next 15 years.
Customers opening new salary accounts with QIB during the three-month campaign, until March 31, will be eligible to win exciting prizes.
Monthly draws will produce five winners with a total of 15 winners until March-end. Six Winners will win a bonus salary of up to QR25,000 for 15 years and nine winners will win one bonus salary of up to QR25,000.
Furthermore, customers who transfer their salaries to QIB before March-end, are also eligible for a “special buyout rate” when transferring existing obligations from other banks to QIB. The minimum salary required to be eligible for the offer is QR10,000.
On the campaign, D Anand, general manager (personal banking group), said, “The concept behind the campaign reflects our strong belief in the importance of long-term relationships with our customers and the provision of comprehensive banking solutions to cover all their financial needs. While there will be 15 lucky winners receiving prizes, all banking customers in Qatar who will transfer their salary to QIB will start enjoying great benefits. The process of opening a new or transferring an existing salary account is fast and easy. All customers will then start enjoying a suite of products and services to help them build a bright financial future addressing specific needs that each individual has at every stage of life”.
Upon transferring their salary to QIB, customers will be eligible for a host of financial products and services enjoying a premium banking experience under one roof. They will be instantly issued debit cards and get 24/7 access to their accounts via phone, Internet and mobile banking. Their first cheque book will be provided free of charge.
Key product categories available for all customers include personal, car or home finance to meet their immediate financing needs as well as a full suite of savings accounts, term deposits and takaful solutions to support any future plans.
An array of credit and charge cards to fit different spending habits are available, including the recently introduced flexible payment option credit card where customers can pay a minimum of 5% per month on their purchases while earning rewards points for every riyal spent.
QIB is the first Islamic bank to start operating in the country in 1982 and provides its services today through a branch network across Qatar.
