International Bank of Qatar (IBQ) has won the “Best Customer Service — Corporate”, “Best Customer Service — Retail”, and “Best Customer Loyalty Programme” awards from The Banker Middle East Industry Awards 2016. The Banker Middle East Qatar Product Awards provide a benchmark for the financial sector, recognising the most successful and innovative banking solutions.
