QNB has launched a new campaign allowing all customers to make international transfers anywhere in the world at zero fee when using its Internet and mobile banking channels.
The campaign also applies to the first Western Union transfer done during the campaign period.
The promotion, which runs until October 31, aims to encourage customers to take advantage of the vast number of services as well as the convenience offered by QNB Internet and mobile banking.
It is also part of the bank’s ongoing effort to put its customers first as they use its digital banking services.
In addition to regular international bank transfer processing, QNB partnered with HDFC Bank in India and Housing Bank in Jordan to facilitate faster transfers where funds are credited to the beneficiary account on the same day or the next working day.
QNB was the first bank to partner with Western Union to provide instant electronic remittance service in Qatar; where its customers can initiate instant remittance using its Internet or mobile banking service conveniently through QNB electronic banking services, which are simple to use, secured and convenient to access from anywhere at any time.
QNB digital banking suite includes flexibility to transfer to any bank account worldwide, using instant Western Union remittances, scheduling recurring transfers, pay bills for Ooredoo, Kahramaa, Vodafone, QPost and Qatar Cool and Top Ups mobiles from Ooredoo and Vodafone.
QNB innovative digital channels also allow customers to deposit cheques using QNB mobile application at their convenience from home or office, and recently QNB Internet banking introduced the feature to redeem customers’ Life rewards instantly to Qatar Airways Privilege Club.
