The Public Works Authority, Ashghal, will implement from Saturday a traffic diversion for three months on Al Aziziya Street, between Ibn Aamer Street and Umm Al Kharj Street.
The traffic diversion will be implemented in co-ordination with the Traffic Police Department.
During the diversion, the centre of Al Aziziya Street will be closed to traffic and one lane will remain open in each direction on the right and left sides of the street, as shown in the map.
The authority is implementing this traffic diversion to continue the permanent construction works of the Roads and Infrastructure Project in Aziziya East Phase Four.
Ashghal will install road signs to inform motorists about the diversion. The authority has requested all road users to abide by the speed limits, and follow the road signs to ensure their and others’ safety.
