QNB, a leading financial institution in the Middle East and Africa, recently held a graduation ceremony to welcome a batch of new Qatari employees, who participated in the bank’s latest induction programme.
QNB regularly holds “Group Induction Programmes” for its new Qatari employees for “faster adaptation and integration” within the Group’s international network.
The latest completed programme witnessed the graduation of 13 employees, who completed 12 training modules over a six-week course and four weeks of on-the-job training, a process that enables them get a real time experience and make them part of the bigger team.
QNB said the successful graduates of the programme received the necessary training and developed the required skills before joining QNB’s branches.
It added that QNB will continue the bank’s long-standing approach of holding regular induction programmes for all new employees to develop their skills and help identify their capabilities, so that they can excel and realise their full potential.
QNB Group’s presence through its subsidiaries and associate companies extends to 27 countries across three continents providing a comprehensive range of advanced products and services. The total number of employees is more than 15,200 operating through 635 locations, with an ATM network of more than 1,390 machines.
