A number of players from French club Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) have been given starring roles in a recently recorded promotional video that shines a spotlight on the unique care and medical services provided by Aspetar, the world’s leading specialised orthopaedic and sports medicine hospital.
The video was produced during Paris Saint-Germain’s winter training camp, recently held in Doha, and was launched on January 12 on Aspetar’s official website, www.aspetar.com, its YouTube channel and across all its social media platforms. To date, the campaign has received more than 14 million views in the 10 days in Middle East, Africa and Europe.
The promotional video features Paris Saint-Germain players including Lucas Moura, Serge Aurier, Thiago Motta, Maxwell and Jean-Kévin Augustin. It provides an overview of the remarkable range of medical services provided to the club through Aspetar’s three-year-partnership with Paris Saint-Germain which runs to the end of the 2016/2017 season. Two of those players featured in the film – the Brazilian right winger Lucas Moura and Ivorian right back Serge Aurier – have recently benefited directly from these medical services after receiving treatment for injuries sustained during the 2015 football season. In the film, the players experience the care of Aspetar’s international experts in terms of medical check-ups and comprehensive screening. In addition, they highlight the benefits of access to Aspetar’s world-class facilities and praise the hospital’s efforts to provide comprehensive health care services designed to support the players’ development.
The hospital provides its medical and scientific capabilities to enable athletes to train and compete at their maximum potential, and has become an ideal destination for the provision of medical services to international sports events, athletes and clubs from around the world.
