Qatar Islamic Bank (QIB) has announced the launch of its upgraded website.
The website offers “richer content, an easier navigation experience, a modern layout and a responsive design that allows customers to navigate through the site from any device”, the bank has said in a statement.
QIB’s website can be accessed by going to www.qib.com.qa or www.qib.qa and is available in both English and Arabic with a feature to identify one’s preferred language from the first visit.
The upgraded website, which serves the needs of both individual and corporate customers, carries a suite of new features with real-time stock watch integrated with the Qatar Exchange website, QIB’s latest offers, an improved news section and online poll surveys to get customers’ opinions and feedback, according to the statement.
It also features new detailed branch and ATM locators. The website is designed to help visitors find the information they want in an easy and fast manner, the bank has said.
“QIB’s website is fully responsive and delivers a user-friendly experience on any device - desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone. In addition, it is social-friendly, whereby customers can share products and services’ webpages with their friends and families via e-mail and across all social media platforms. The links to QIB’s Group Facebook, Twitter and Instagram social profiles, which are embedded on the new site, make it easy for visitors to follow QIB and retrieve the latest offers and developments at the bank,” the statement explains.
Dinos Constantinides, QIB’s chief strategy officer, said: “We are happy to deliver a website that is rich in content, easy to use and reflects the level of customer service we work hard to deliver each day.”
