Pakistan Expatriate team poses with the winner’s trophy after beating Qatar XI in the Qatar National Day Super 10 Tournament final at the Asian Town Cricket Stadium. In the final played on December 18, Pakistan made 105 runs for the loss of two wickets in 10 overs with Inam scoring 43 and Hafiz Tanvir 40. Qatar XI’s Feroz scalped a wicket. In reply, Awais scored 39 runs, while Habib and Sajjad scored 12 and 10 respectively as Qatar XI put on 76 runs on the board. Hafiz Nadeem took three wickets, and Mujeeb and Harris claimed two wickets each as the Pakistani team won by 29 runs. Five teams -- Qatar, Pakistan Expatriate, India Expatriate, Sri Lanka Expatriate, Bangladesh Expatriate — participated in the Qatar Cricket Association-organised two-day tournament. QCA officials involved in organising the tournament included Manzoor Ahmed, Jamshaid Ahmed, Syed Hassan Raza, Amin Ul Islam, Shamsuddin Ali, Amjad Baig and Abdul Rehman Chohan.
