Jaidah Automotive – a subsidiary of business conglomerate Jaidah Group has launched a new state-of-the-art service reception area in the Jaidah Service Centre on Street 24 of the Industrial Area.
As the exclusive distributor of the Chevrolet brand in Qatar, the new service reception centre offers more comfort and convenience for Chevrolet vehicle owners with a spacious facility, coffee lounge, free Wi-Fi, large TV screens for entertainment, special waiting area for those lining up at the cash counter, and rent-a-car desk, according to a Jaidah Group statement.
The Jaidah Service Center also has a booth system that provides for more convenient receiving of the car, faster repairs through its workshop’s new TEAM concept, more organised traffic flow, new and better organised shuttle service for customers, as well as a 24-hour mobile van service.
