A number of dignitaries from Qatar and abroad hailed the launch of the 2022 World Cup emblem on Tursday.

The Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy (SC) which is responsible for organising the 2022 FIFA World Cup Qatar, has set a date for the launch of the first World Cup's logo in the Arab region and the Middle East.

FIFA confirmed in a post on its website on Tuesday that the official emblem for the Qatar 2022 World Cup will be unveiled on Tuesday, September 3.
