His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani and Russian President Vladimir Putin will attend the World Cup final between France and Croatia in Moscow's Luzhniki Stadium today, official sources said.

FIFA on Wednesday said work on Moscow's flagship Luzhniki stadium for the 2018 World Cup appeared to be on course, ahead of a visit to the delay-hit arena in Saint Petersburg.
