A `minor' traffic diversion for approximately 1.4km, south of Al Wakra on Mesaieed Road, will be in place for three months from Thursday.

Traffic will be diverted on Al Wukair Road for seven months starting from Monday. During the period, vehicles travelling westbound on Al Wukair Road towards Al Wukair will be diverted to a one-kilometre parallel road.

Umm Slal Mohamed Interchange was opened to traffic by Ashghal. The new intersection serves as a key access point linking the neighbouring local areas, located east and west of Al Shamal Road.

A traffic diversion for nearly 18 months will be in place on a section of Mesaieed road between Al Wakra and Mesaieed.
