Biriyani Hut restaurant at Al Wakrah yesterday launched ‘Kebab Sutra,’ a kebab food festival.

Zaituni hamour, chicken sholey kebab, galouti kebab and jumbo shrimp kebab are among the highlights of the menu at the festival that runs until January 15.
Executive chef Rajkumar, trained by the acclaimed chef Qureshi, is leading the culinary team.
“The specialty of the ‘Kebab Sutra’ festival is that the items offered are not part of the regular menu,” said Deepto Ray, chief operating officer of Savy Hospitality.
