The St Regis Doha is participating in Qatar International Food Festival 2018 (QIFF), an exclusive culinary celebration featuring local talent and contribution from top hotels, restaurants, eateries and food entrepreneurs based in Doha.
The St Regis Doha is represented this year by Opal by Gordon Ramsay at QIFF, which is being held until March 25 at the Hotel Park Doha.
Throughout QIFF, the award-winning Opal by Gordon Ramsay will offer its “classic London Twist menu”, including “all-time favourites” Wagyu Beef Burger, Corn Dog, Chicken Quesadias and the supreme Fish and Chips”, The St Regis Doha has said in a statement.
Celebrated desserts will be also on offer, including Chocolate Brownies and the Toffee Pudding. Besides, children will have a special menu crafted for them, offering the “much-loved” Chicken Nuggets and Penne Pasta.
Synonymous for its “simple, delicate menu” that Gordon Ramsay is known the world over for, Opal by Gordon Ramsay recently launched a revamped menu at The St Regis Doha, offering a selection that includes Parsnip Veloute for starters, Kale and Burrata Salad, Pan Roasted Scottish Salmon, the Wagyu Beef Burger, Vanilla Profiteroles along with “all-time favourites” from the Raw Bar selection with Beef Tartar and Prawns Ceviche.
Tareq Derbas, area general manager of The St Regis Doha, said: “We are delighted to be part of the Qatar International Food Festival again this year to present some of the best culinary offerings in Qatar available across our distinguished restaurants by one of our finest internationally-acclaimed chefs.
“We are also proud to contribute raising the bar on the local food and beverage scene not only in Qatar but also across the region and are focused on taking The St Regis Doha to new heights of excellence, offering regional and international guests an unprecedented culinary experience across all our outlets.”
