The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Nasser Bin Khaled Automobiles, has announced the recall of Mercedes-Benz E-Class model of 2016 because the lever used to select the drive range on the steering column switch module, may be inoperational due to the possible damage of a circuit board.
The MEC said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicles’ defects and repair them. The MEC said that it will co-ordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance  and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
