Fuel prices will go up in Qatar in November, prices announced by Qatar Petroleum on Tuesday showed. 
QP said the price of 95-octane super gasoline (petrol) will be QR1.75 a litre in November compared with QR1.70 in October.
The price of premium petrol (91-octane) will go up to QR1.65 a litre in November in place of QR1.60 in October. 
Diesel will cost Dh10 more on a litre, and would be priced at QR1.65. 
Fuel prices in Qatar were allowed to fluctuate in response to changes in the global market from May 2016. 
The monthly revision in local fuel prices followed the government’s decision on fuel subsidy reforms in Qatar.
Oil will likely rally into 2018 with periods of volatility as an anticipated extension of Opec-led output restrictions offsets higher US production, a Reuters poll showed on Tuesday.
Analysts raised their crude price projections, the survey showed, as expectations of an output cut extension were buoyed by comments from officials in Saudi Arabia.
Opec meets in November when the group and other producers including Russia are expected to prolong the output cuts of about 1.8mn barrels per day (bpd) beyond the current deadline at the end of March 2018.
The survey of 35 analysts predicted Brent would average $53.25 per barrel in 2017, up from last month's $52.60 forecast. 
Brent crude futures have gained about 17% over the past two months and has averaged $53 this year.
Brent was forecast to average $55.71 in 2018, the poll showed.
