The Qatar International Court took part in the International Permanent Forum of Commercial Courts in London, which was attended by a number of senior judges and heads of commercial courts.
The meeting, which brought together more than 25 states, discussed several topics: co-operation among all judicial courts in matters of enforcement of sentences, management of cases, technology and best practices, and the relationship between commercial courts, arbitration and mediation.
The meeting included panel discussions, including a session on cases management, during which participants highlighted the various innovations adopted in their courts to deal with the increasing number of cases and the promotion of technology. –QNA
