HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani will participate tomorrow along with leaders of the GCC in the 17th consultative summit, the GCC-United States Summit, and the Arab-Islamic-US Summit which will all take place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
