Emir invites Kuwaiti leader
HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani yesterday sent a written message to the Emir of Kuwait Sheikh Sabah al-Ahmed al-Jaber al-Sabah, inviting him to participate in the 17th Doha Forum. Qatar’s Charge d’Affaires to Kuwait Ali Jaber al-Marri handed the message to the Emir of Kuwait at the Bayan Palace yesterday.
Ministry recalls Chevrolet models
The Ministry of Economy and Commerce (MEC), in collaboration with Jaidah automotive, has announced the recall of Chevrolet Trailblazer and Trailblazer EXT models of 2006-2007 over a potential defect in low-beam headlamp module.
The MEC said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that car dealers follow up on vehicle defects and repairs.
