Dyarco International Group has announced that it obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification in quality management.
The certification confirms that Dyarco has met the requirements of the ISO standard for its quality management system across its operations, including a strong customer focus, the motivation and implication of top management, the process approach, and continual improvement. 
“The ISO certification is recognition of the efforts of the entire team and we see it as one more step in ensuring that all of our services are administered with the highest standards,” said Dyarco general manager Ullattil Achu.
Dyarco’s certification process was carried out in partnership with Llody’s Register Quality Assurance. Interviews were conducted with management and employees, and procedures were reviewed across all functional areas, including operations, training and development, customer complaint handling, finance, and billing.
Dyarco received its first ISO 9001 certification in quality management in 2013.
