Strong winds and high seas are expected in offshore in the early hours on Monday, the Qatar Met department has said. Northwesterly winds will blow at 13-23 knots, reaching a high of 27 knots in some of these areas at first and decreasing to 8-18 knots by the evening, according to the weather report.

The detailed forecast also states that slight dust and some clouds are likely in offshore areas, with the sea level rising to 9ft.
Hazy conditions, meanwhile, are expected in some inshore areas in the early hours of the day, followed by mild daytime conditions with slight dust and some clouds. It will be cold by night.
A minimum temperature of 15C is expected in Mesaieed, Wakrah, Abu Samra and Al Khor, followed by 16C in Doha and Dukhan, and 19C in Ruwais.
On Sunday, the mercury level dropped to 13C in Turayna and Karana, while in Doha it was 15C in the Qatar University area.
