Hertz Qatar, part of the Almana Group, recognised its best employees at its annual celebration party in Doha yesterday.
During the evening’s festivities, the Hertz Qatar management paid tribute to the company’s achievements over the past 12 months and congratulated those employees who, by excelling in their service to customers, made an outstanding contribution to the company, according to a statement.
“The success of Hertz Qatar is a testament to the dedicated and loyal employees who strive to deliver the Hertz promise of excellence every day, and it is with great honour that we are able to congratulate those who go over and beyond in their roles,” said Sanaa Ouahmane, Hertz Qatar general manager.
“We pledge to continue our drive in achieving our mission of providing the best car rental services in Qatar with a promise to exceed our clientele’s expectations and attracting new customers.”
During the ceremony, Hertz awarded its Best Customer Service Agent, Best Sales Performance Agent and Ideal Employee of
the Year.
Hertz is one of the most recognised car rental brands in the world, signifying leadership in quality services and products, the statement notes. Operated by the Almana Group, Hertz Qatar has been serving residents and visitors in the country for more than 21 years, offering a “large and diverse” range of automotive brands, including Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ford and Peugeot.
“Hertz Qatar offers a fully comprehensive, top-quality service and outstanding value on popular vehicles,” the statement added.
