HH the Emir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani has received a letter from Swaziland’s King Mswati III pertaining to relations of co-operation between the two countries and issues of mutual concern. The letter was handed over by the Swazi king’s envoy, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation Lutfo Dlamini when the Emir received him at his Emiri Diwan office yesterday.
