The NHL-leading San Jose Sharks produced a dominating display to beat the Ottawa Senators 5-2 on Tuesday, giving Dany Heatley a victory against his former team. In his first game against the Senators since being traded in a highly publicised offseason deal, Heatley had two assists as the Sharks won their third straight. Patrick Marleau scored twice for San Jose, his 18th and 19th of the season, with Jamie McGinn, Ryane Clowe and Manny Malhotra also netting for the home team. Milan Michalek, who came to Ottawa in the Heatley trade, scored twice and was cheered by his former home crowd, though the Senators lost their second in a row.
