Qatar General Electricity & Water Corporation (Kahramaa)’s human resource department is all set to hold its next Cultural Session series, focusing on interpersonal skills and confidence-building.
This marks a continuation of lectures and sessions conducted by the corporation with the aim of helping in the personality development of employees.
The sessions will be conducted to explain the various aspects of behavioural traits and confidence-building and strike a balance between the personal and professional lives of employees.
The purpose is to get the staff acquainted with the art of being at ease and confident in the workplace as well as demonstrating social skills with their balancing attitudes.
Three sessions, addressed by experts, will be held as part of the initiative.
 The first session takes place today and tomorrow, the second on October 18 and 19, and the third on December 13 and 14.
In a statement, the corporation noted that it has been holding such sessions with the aim of enhancing professional and social skills, developing strategic thinking and improving productivity, among others.
The corporation has a strategy that seeks to boost employees’ skills and contribute to their progress in line with the corporate objectives of the organisation.
The focus of the programme is to support the employees in creating an environment where they feel relaxed and comfortable.
“These interactive sessions support and encourage their personality development endeavours, enabling simultaneously to deliver high-quality outputs within a healthy work environment,” the statement adds.
