Ooredoo has announced the opening of a co-branded franchise shop in Kharaitiyat as the company looks to work alongside partners to extend their reach in the community.
The new facility provides a convenient “one-stop shop” for customers seeking services such as Hala, Shahry, Broadband, fixed line and business. In addition, the shops will offer SIM replacements, Hala top-ups and more.
As the only Ooredoo presence in the area, it will provide a place for customers to seek help with technical issues and seek advice on the latest offers and devices.
The new shop was inaugurated by Ahmad al-Naema, chief sales and services officer, Ooredoo.
“Since the launch of our first co-branded franchise shop in 2014, we have seen a growing demand for more face-to-face experiences with our customers. Co-branded shops provide our customers in underserved areas the opportunity to speak to Ooredoo directly, and get first-hand knowledge of our products, services and bigger and faster network,” said
al-Naema.
Ooredoo aims to continue the expansion of this model across Qatar with new co-branded shops set to launch in new locations in the coming months.
Ooredoo customers can access and find out more information about the range of products by visiting ooredoo.qa, logging onto the Ooredoo Community or following social media pages.
As well as online and in-store, customers can visit one of the 200 plus self-service machines located throughout the country, where residents can buy cinema tickets, top up Hala accounts, pay bills and purchase vouchers for a range of shopping and
dining experiences in Qatar.
