Qatar Foundation (QF) is showcasing several of its programmes and projects at the Darb Al Saai grounds, highlighting the country’s legacy and heritage as well as the organisation’s efforts to achieve Qatar National Vision 2030.

QF has set up a huge tent at the venue as part of its National Day celebrations where several of its entities are highlighting their activities.

Reem al-Musallam, head of Event Management at QF, said the organisation is focusing on its core values at the event. “During the 13-day event, we are highlighting the three pillars of QF - education, science and community development. We interact with visitors and try to engage them in different fields, aiming to unlock the human potential, which is an important motto of Qatar Foundation.

“We are also connecting our visitors to the legacy of our country. We highlight our traditions and heritage and invite them to be part of the rich culture of the country and promote it in a big way. We have highlighted many of the traditional and cultural practices of the country in our booth.”

The official also pointed out several activities that have been specially designed to engage the community with QF’s work and activities. She said the events help introduce young people and the general public to QF’s  initiatives and achievements that support the nation in building a knowledge-based economy.
