Qatar Airways has been named the official carrier of the UN Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice, to be hosted in Doha from  April 12 to 19, 2015.

A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed in this regard between the UN Crime Congress Preparatory Committee and Qatar Airways yesterday.

The MoU was inked at the Civil Defence headquarters by Col Abdullah Khalifa al-Muftah, member of the UN Crime Congress Preparatory Committee, and Ehab Amin, Qatar Airways senior vice-president
(Commercial, Qatar).

Under the MoU, Qatar Airways will provide its services for a number personalities, high-profile guests and participating delegates from around the world to attend the conference.

Col al-Muftah said the support of Qatar Airways as official carrier of the global conference will have a significant impact given the reputation enjoyed by the airline globally and due to its outstanding customer service.

On his part, Amin said: “We at Qatar Airways are delighted to be the official carrier of the 13th United Nations Congress on Crime Prevention and Criminal Justice. We look forward to hosting the participants on board our flights and offer our distinctive five-star services, in addition to the experience of travelling through Hamad
