The General Services Department at Qatar General Electricity & Water

Corporation (Kahramaa) has received ISO:9001:2008.

The ISO certifications covers all sections in the department. The evaluation proved all procedures, instructions, and policy at the department go online  with QMS in terms of customer orientation, leadership and employee

participation, and quality improvement.

The achievement has added a new dimension in Kahramaa

recognitions and appreciations. The new success is the outcome of the relentless efforts, focused dedicated attentions

and commendable team work among others of the department.

The compliance was proven in the audit. The team formed from the General

Services Department and Quality and Continual Improvement Department has optimally led the QMS implementation.

The certification was awarded by TUV SUD, the firm having audited the system and performance of the department.
