Marriott International Inc yesterday announced the opening of their three-hotel Doha City Center complex, including the 257-room Renaissance Doha City Center Hotel, 204-room Courtyard by Marriott Doha City Center and 123-unit Marriott Executive Apartments.
The opening marks the debut of the three brands in the country  and is an exciting addition to the Doha City Center Mall complex which features over 340 shops and attractions.  
All three hotels are located in two modern 48-storey towers, located in West Bay across Qatar Financial Centre, on the doorstep of the new business district of Doha and 15 minutes from Doha International Airport.
Although each hotel has its own look and feel, they share floors 1-7 featuring three expansive and elegant lobbies, nine restaurants and bars, 1,200 square metres of meeting space, a world-class Vitality Zone health club and Marriott’s signature Saray Spa featuring traditional Middle Eastern treatments and products.
“The opening of the three hotels is a major step forward in reinforcing Doha’s futuristic vision and surging tourism potential in Qatar,” said Ed Fuller, president and managing director, Marriott International. “These three new hotels give us six properties in Qatar, which is fast becoming a key business and leisure destination in the Middle East.”
“Not only do we offer close to 600 rooms and three very distinct lodging experiences under one roof, but our nine unique food and beverage options and health and fitness facilities create what we are marketing as the “West End” of the spectacular Doha City Center Mall,” said Oliver Kahf, general manager of the three-hotel complex.
The 257-room Renaissance Doha City Center Hotel is spread across 19 levels and ideally situated for business and group travellers.
The hotel stands out with its colourful fabrics, unique pattern, innovative designs and the local touch showcased through artworks featuring Qatar architecture and images from Sheikh Faisal bin Qassim al-Thani’s collection of cultural and historical art.
The 204-room Courtyard by Marriott Doha City Center spreads across 12 levels and combines comfort and functionality.
Throughout the hotel, from the rooms to the public areas, Courtyard delivers on its promise to provide guests a variety of options that they need to achieve greatness on the road.
The Marriott Executive Apartments offers the ideal corporate housing solution and the perfect combination of upscale apartment-style living and premier hotel service.  Spread over 21 top floors, each of the 123 well-appointed apartments has a panoramic view of the city or the Arabian Gulf.
At the Marriott Executive Apartments Doha City Center, residents can relax at the residents’ club, towering 44 floors above the city with a lap pool,
All three properties participate in Marriott Rewards, the guest reward programme that allows over 30mn members to earn points or airline miles for each dollar spent during each stay.
Marriott International currently manages six hotels in Qatar, including the three just opened. Its first hotel in the country was the 362-room Doha Marriott Hotel opened in 1999, followed by the 374-room. The Ritz-Carlton Doha, opened in 2001, and the 174-room Sharq Village & Spa (managed by The Ritz-Carlton) opened in 2007.
