National carrier Qatar Airways (QA) Sunday resumed flights to Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, capital of Nepal.
"We resumed normal flight services to Nepal after authorities reopened it. Passengers holding confirmed bookings on flights cancelled April 25 are being provided with alternative travel options," a QA Corporate Communications executive told QNA.
The airline is deploying larger aircraft on the Doha-Kathmandu route to accommodate the back-log of passengers, she said.
Passengers booked on the affected flights are advised to contact their travel agent or Qatar Airways' 24-hour call centre on +968 2416 2700 or +974 4023 0000 for rebooking options.
