Discussions also dealt with regional and international issues and the latest developments in Palestine, especially the Gaza Strip, the agency said.

The meeting was attended by HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa al-Thani, and members of the official delegation accompanying HH the Emir.

On the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by Minister of Interior  Prince Mohamed bin Nayef bin Abdulaziz al-Saud.
